1. Power part
The power part mainly includes a motor, an electrical control box, and an operating element.
2.Transmission mechanism
(1) Transmission system The transmission mechanism of the socks machine transmits motion to the syringe and control mechanism according to the knitting program of the socks. The transmission mechanism of single-cylinder circular socks machine is such as.
The main shaft is divided into two sections: main shaft I and main shaft II. The main shaft I is provided with a rocking handle l, a flexible belt reel 2, a slow speed reel 4 from a fast speed reel 4 and a gear 8. The slow belt pulley is consolidated with the main shaft l through the square pin of the handle, and the gear 8 is also fixed into the main shaft I, while the flexible belt pulley and the fast speed belt (connected to the outer gear 5) are loosely sleeved on the main shaft on. When the transmission belt is successively located on the belt reels 2, 3, and 4, the needle cylinders are stopped, slowly rotated, and rapidly rotated, respectively.
The clutch 9 is connected to the main shaft II by a crescent key and can move left and right along the main shaft II. When the clutch moves to the right and meshes with the left side of gear 8 (the position shown in Figures 3 and 2), shaft l and shaft II are integrated into one body, and the syringe rotates in one direction. The gear 8 meshes with a crank gear 7, and the crank gear 7 drives the sector gear 11 through a connecting rod 10 to perform a swing motion. When the clutch moves to the left and meshes with the right side of the gear 12, the shaft I and the shaft II are separated from each other, and the sector gear 11 drives the syringe to reciprocate.
The sector gear is provided with two large and small support plates 15 and 16, which respectively support the push plate 2 and the sprocket 4 (see Figs. 3 to 4), so as to drive the control mechanism of the socks machine.
A gear 17 is provided at the lower part of the pin gear 14 for driving the elastic band conveying device. A cam 19 is fixed on the inner side of the round chain gear 13 on the main shaft II. The cam 19 is driven by a draw rod to change the yarn guide when the cross bar is knitted.
(2) Calculation of transmission speed ratio
When knitting different sections of socks, the rotation speed and direction of rotation of the syringe need to be changed. There are four forms of syringe movement: one-way fast, one-way slow, reciprocating fast and reciprocating slow.
