1, the power part
The power part mainly includes an electric motor, an electric control box, and an operating element.
2, transmission mechanism
(1) The transmission mechanism of the transmission system socks machine transmits the motion to the syringe and the control mechanism according to the knitting procedure of the socks. The transmission mechanism of the single-cylinder sock machine is as follows.
The spindle is divided into two sections, spindle I and spindle II. The spindle I is provided with a rocking handle l, an active belt pulley 2, a slow speed reel from the fast reel 4 and the gear 8. The slow belt pulley is fixed to the main shaft 1 by the rocker handle pin, the gear 8 is also fixedly integrated with the main shaft I, and the active belt pulley and the quick belt reel (connected to the outer jacket pin 5) are looped over the main shaft l. on. When the drive belts are successively on the belt pulleys 2, 3, 4, the syringes are in a state of stop, slow rotation and rapid rotation, respectively.
The clutch 9 is coupled to the main shaft II via a crescent key and is movable left and right along the main shaft II. When the clutch is moved to the right and the left side of the gear 8 is meshed with the pair (the position shown in Figure 3-2), the shaft l is integrated with the shaft II, and the barrel is rotated in one direction. The gear 8 meshes with the crank gear 7, and the crank gear 7 drives the sector gear 11 through the link 10 to perform a rocking motion. When the clutch is moved to the left and meshed with the right side of the gear 12, the shaft I and the shaft II are separated from each other, and the barrel is driven by the sector gear 11 to reciprocate.
At the lower portion of the pinion gear 14, there is a gear 17 for driving the elastic band conveying device. A cam 19 is fixed on the inner side of the circular gear 13 on the main shaft II, and the adjusting roller is driven by the pull rod for changing the yarn guide when the knitting strip is wiped.
(2) Calculation of transmission speed ratio
When knitting different sections of the sock, the speed and direction of rotation of the syringe need to be changed. The movement of the syringe has four forms: one-way fast, one-way slow speed, fast reciprocating speed and reciprocating slow speed.
